Karim Khan said he believed Netanyahu, his Defence Minister Yoav Gallant and three Hamas leaders - Yehya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif and Ismail Haniyeh - were responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip and Israel.
