Carols by Barrels
It’s the 25th anniversary of the Aussie Hotel’s famous Carols by Barrels. A Christmas event for over-18s featuring live entertainment from Brian Mannix and The Androids and supported by local legends Current Stand and Shane’s Party Club. The night kicks off at 6pm and ends at midnight.

Amy Newton Dance Studio presents Toybox
Amy Newton Dance Studio presents its annual end-of-year show titled Toybox. Featuring routines from dancers aged five to adult in hip hop, jazz, contemporary, ballet, acro and tap, this performance is not one to miss. Two show times are available, at noon and 4.30pm.
Aquamoves is inviting members and non-members to celebrate its new release of classes. This special week encourages members to bring a friend for free, and everyone who attends will go in the draw to win a one-month full centre Aquamoves membership. The launch timetable starts on Saturday, December 10 and ends Friday, December 16.

Mooroopna Carols in the Park
The 37th Carols in the Park is coming to Mooroopna after a long hiatus from COVID-19. Hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Mooroopna, the night is set to provide entertainment for the whole family, with performances by local artists, choirs and school choirs. Barbecue and drinks are available to purchase, as well as LED candles and carols songbooks.

EMERGE
EMERGE is a flood relief event to reconnect as community members and enjoy an afternoon of live music, food, drinks and family fun. Entertaining the crowd will be performances by The Cat Empire, DRMNGNOW, Tenielle McKenzie, Bricky B and JB & Me. The event begins at 1pm and finishes at 6pm.

Murchison Carols and Market
To get into the festive spirit, Murchison’s Carols and Market will delight families and people of all ages with Christmas market stalls, local artists and activities. Starting at 4pm, there will be food trucks, free community barbecue, raffle and door prizes, and a special guest from the North Pole. Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic rug or chair.
