A grade had a strong 28 goal win over the developing Wodonga Bulldogs. This allowed coaches Bridget and Laura the opportunity to look at different combinations and rotations leading into finals. The defence end was led by Hannah Symes, combining well with Liv, Anna and Laurz R.
While the attacking end saw Bridget Cassar take control scoring freely, she had great support in Sarah, Maddy, Kylie, Laurz I and Tilly.

B Grade
Wodonga 44 defeated Yarrawonga 43.
It was perfect conditions for a great game of netball on Saturday. The B grade girls came across a much-improved young Wodonga side which made it a very hard fought, goal for goal match.
Amy Barnes stepped up from C Grade and was outstanding in defence, providing many turnovers for the team in a very tight game.
Emily McNamara was fantastic in the attack end delivering some great feeds into the goalers and fighting for every loose ball.
Eliana Martin also stepped up from C grade and was a great target in GS making it easy for the attack end to work it in.
The Pigeons ended up going down by 1 goal with Amy and Emily getting best on.
C Grade
Wodonga 30 defeated by Yarrawonga 54.
C Grade had a fantastic game against Wodonga Bulldogs on Saturday, the defence end causing many rebounds and intercepts to stop goals.
Coco Vodusek stepped up from the Under 17s and worked well with Amy providing many turnovers. Sarah, Amy and Coco all worked tirelessly throughout the game in their defence.
Suzy was back from her school camp and was welcomed back on the court creating great passages of play with Bree, Zoe and Claire. These girls had intercepts all down the court which created a great lead.
The attackers passed beautifully into the goalers Delaynee and Mardi shooting goal after goal.
Under 17s
Wodonga 57 defeated Yarrawonga 38.
This weekends match was always going to be a challenge coming up against 2nd on the ladder. At half time the girls remained in the contest, only trailing by 2 goals but a disappointing 19-5 third quarter saw the Bulldogs run away with the win.
Georgie Hemphill was extremely impressive running out 4 quarters in C.
She took multiple defensive intercepts at crucial times and provided great feeds into the attackers. Kaleisha Pell continues to improve out of site, playing 4 quarters in GA.
Her athleticism, accuracy, and defensive efforts make her one of the most impressive attackers in the competition.
The girls stay in a comfortable third position on the ladder.
