Below are some of the highlights from Saturday’s action you may have missed.
The Blair Taylor-Lloyd project
Nagambie’s thumping round four B-grade win over Shepparton United will live long in the memory of those in attendance at Vibert Reserve.
Especially for one Nagambie opening batter.
Blair Taylor-Lloyd crunched a powerful 142-run knock in his side’s 230-run rout.
Taylor-Lloyd’s century was the second of his career and it was also the highest score from his 171 matches.
The big-hitter has been in stellar form of late and registered a half-century in round three.
And to top it all off, Taylor-Lloyd collected 2-4 to help Nagambie pencil in its thrashing.
The Lakers’ win sends them to the top of the Clyde Young Shield ladder.
