The Redbacks earned a credible six-wicket win over finals side Shepparton Youth Club United, only their second victory in the competition.
A normally threatening SYCU batting order found its teeth pulled at Princess Park.
Only Dianne Poole (11) reached double figures and while several others made quick starts, none could go on to a significant score.
Georgia Leonard was in fine form with the ball, taking 4-4, while captain Grace Hammond (2-11) and Lacy Parsons (2-17) took a pair of wickets each.
With SYCU bowled out for just 60, the Redbacks saw a total well within reach and capitalised on the opportunity.

Keen to avoid the mistake its opponent fell into in the first innings, Ky was focused on preserving its wickets.
Eliza Linehan typified that approach, grinding out a game-best 14 not out from 29 deliveries, while Sarah Chaston (8 retired not out) also held down her end well.
Rebecca Bowles bucked the trend as her side approached the target, making a quick 11 from nine.
Kyabram got home shortly after her dismissal, with seven balls remaining in the innings and six wickets in hand.
Mel Saunders (3-10) took most of her side’s wickets, while Lia Beecroft chipped in with the remaining breakthrough.
Recording two wins in the season, Kyabram finished the competition in tenth.
Cooma vs Katamatite
Cooma was downed by the Tigers on home soil, its 9-66 run down by the Tigers in 14 overs.
Breanna Baker (15) was the top scorer in the Cooma innings, while Christina Roberts stood out for Katamatite, taking 5-5.
The Tigers rushed to the target in 14 overs, Matilda Iddles (24) batting well at the top with good support from Sienna Hutchinson (12 not out).
Only one wicket fell in the innings with Baker (1-6) claiming the scalp for Cooma.
