Berrigan is next up on Deni's hit list and approaches the fixture rested after splitting the first two rounds.
Saints leader Laura Gorman is a familiar face to Rovers coach Brittany Kirby, having played together in the 2018 premiership.
However, Kirby indicated there wouldn't be any tactical advantage her opposite could take into the game.
“We'll be heading into the weekend the same as the first two weeks; simple and sharp netball,” Kirby said.
“We have a lot of under-18s in our squad this year, so we are going back to basics, getting the younger girls used to the physicality of A-grade.”
Kirby noted there's no denying youngsters are turning the cogs for the unbeaten Rovers this season.
“Last week Georgia McCulloch and Matilda Glowrey, who are 17 and 15, made their debuts — they both stood up well and Matilda received the coaches’ award.
“I am really pleased to see them take to the speed and intensity of senior netball.
“I've been rewarding effort from the girls who go hard at training and show me they want it. The senior girls know they are fighting for their position which is great for the team.”
● The league's battle of the battlers takes place at Yarroweyah on Saturday.
Bec Demaio's 14th-placed Hoppers will have their best shot at a win when cellar-dweller Blighty arrives for a courtside skirmish.
Yarroweyah lost out to high flying Deni Rovers by a respectable margin at the weekend and aims to build on the associated positives during the home bout.
● Strathmerton has comfortably bunted aside each challenger in 2021 and now has Tocumwal in its crosshairs.
Caitlyn Price knows what is required from her Bulldogs in NSW on Saturday if they are to stay alongside Katamatite — a tight 60 minutes of netball.
● Jerilderie versus Waaia shapes up as another brow-lifting affair.
Though Jerilderie holds the numerical advantage points-wise, the Demons haven't posted convincing score lines against what may be considered lower-tier opposition.
Waaia, on the other hand, heads across the border after suffering a narrow defeat to competition fancy Katamatite, a week on from blowing Blighty out of the water.
● Licking its wounds after a grand final rematch loss Picola United welcome a winless Mathoura to the Moira Shire.
Grinding out a massive triumph over Tungamah in round one before falling short last weekend, United won't be pulling punches in a game which is touted to be a lock for the host.
● Katamatite has hardly put a foot wrong in 2021 and appears to be the worthy contender to mix it with reigning premier Strathmerton.
Katandra, which is going from strength to strength is its next opponent, meaning the Tigers will have to fire in all thirds to pinch points off a competent Kats outfit.
● Lastly, Katunga welcomes the challenge of a travelling Rennie, while Tungamah has the bye.
