In other news, three Curlews will represent the Goulburn Murray region in State Champions Week this April in Bendigo.
Jason Milich, Rick Bradbury, and Paul Glanvill, along with Numurkah Golf’s Dane Gade, have been crowned the GM Men’s Fours champions after a hard-fought victory over a strong Tallygaroopna team at Shepparton Park Bowls Club.
Although Glanvill was unable to play in the final due to family commitments, Numurkah Golf’s Geoff Sutcliffe stepped in admirably.
For Glanvill, this marks his third appearance at State Champions Week as a Goulburn Murray representative, having competed in the men’s triples in 2024 and the Men’s Champion of Champions in 2023.
This will be the first time for Milich and Bradbury, adding to the excitement and anticipation for the upcoming competition.
