The club is hosting the ‘9 Hole Golden Social’ on Friday, February 21, and it will include golf, live music, socialising and the chance to win meat or club voucher prizes in the Friday night raffle.
Participants can also try out the new kitchen partnership with Café 100.
The golf kicks off at 5.30pm with a four-person ambrose shotgun start for all skill levels, at only $40 per team, or $10 per player.

Last Thursday we had 9 and 18 hole stableford: 9 hole winner was Judy Gatacre on 18 points from runner-up Pauline Sherwin 17, and 18 hole winner was Sarah Aitken 39 from runner-up Karen Butcher 35.
Saturday was also a stableford, with three grades.
A-grade winner was Josh Hunt 37 points from runner-up Graeme Willoughby 36; B-grade Felicity McCalman 37 from runner-up Magnus Aitken 36, and C-grade Nick Metcalfe 38 from runner-up Marg Radeski 37.
On Wednesday, the A-grade winner was Darren Mitchell with 40 points from runner-up Matt Thomas on 36; B-grade winner Wayne Hodgson with 35 points on countback to David Grant, and C-grade winner was Lee Pattinson scoring 40 points from runner-up Bryan Bennett 39.
On Monday, a contingent of Deni golfers had an early start, travelling to Euroa for the Goulburn Valley Vets competition.
Best performed was Peter O’Brien who finished runner-up in C-grade, while figuring in the ball comp were Barry Barlow, Graeme Willoughby and Des Ramsay.
Coming up we have a stableford aggregate on tomorrow, then next week we have a string of stableford events – 9 holes on Tuesday, medley stableford on Wednesday, 9 and 18 holes stableford on Thursday, then stableford on Saturday.
The next major event is the Autumn Classic on March 8 and 9, in the usual fourball best ball format with 18 holes on Saturday and Sunday, plus a 36 hole event.
Friday Night Fun continues tonight, and there is also the Valentine’s Day dinner.
The club appreciates the support of Mokanger Butchery, which is now providing quality meat trays for our raffle, complemented by bar vouchers.
