The nation-wide initiative helps raise money for grassroots clubs, with 100 per cent of the proceeds from ticket sales going directly to the local cricket club, in this case being the Benalla Bushrangers.
Jarred Clark, general manager at Benalla Toyota, said the dealership was proud to provide support to the Bushrangers through the raffle, and encouraged everyone to buy a ticket before the raffle closes on March 3.
“At Benalla Toyota, we’re proud to support the Benalla Bushrangers through the Toyota Good for Cricket raffle,” he said.
“It’s a fantastic initiative that directly benefits local clubs, and we’re thrilled to see the community getting behind it.
“Every ticket sold helps the Bushrangers continue to grow and develop, so we encourage everyone to jump on board before the raffle closes on March 3.”
With $1365 already raised, Bushrangers president James Ladd said the club will be able to further invest in junior pathways and upgrade equipment, which wouldn’t be possible without the Good for Cricket raffle.
"Our club is incredibly grateful for the support of Benalla Toyota and the Good for Cricket raffle,” he said.
“The funds raised will allow us to invest in better equipment and resources, ensuring our juniors have every opportunity to develop their skills and love for the game.
“By strengthening our junior pathways, we're also building a solid foundation for our senior teams, ensuring Benalla remains a strong cricketing town for years to come.”
With a total prize pool worth $233,376, not only could you win a brand new car, but also experiences such as a coaching clinic with a Cricket Australia player, or a hospitality package for a Test match or ODI during the 2025-26 summer.
