The fixture, set down for 6pm on Friday, has divided the competition geographically and will see a GMC all-star squad take on the best from traditional Cricket Shepparton sides.
All sides have been competing week to week in a combined women’s league, administered by the GMC.
This will be the first such intra-league contest after the first encounter, scheduled for December 6 in Mooroopna, was rained out.
The GMC extended squad has been preparing for the match over the recent weeks and months and featured talent from Moama, Echuca, Bamawm-Lockington United, Cooma and Rochester.
Echuca coach Jon Varcoe is taking control of the side and on Thursday named a 13-woman final line-up for the game, featuring some of the best of the contributing clubs.
Echuca’s Jess Cox will captain the side as she does for the defending champions, while Alice Caldow, who just over a week ago took three wickets and scored an unbeaten 44 against Cox’s side, will serve as her deputy.
Mooroopna's Amani Issell will be suiting up for Cricket Shepparton against the GMC.

The GMC side will face off against an imposing Cricket Shepparton squad, guided by Blair Taylor-Lloyd.
Although Kyabram, Katamatite and Nathalia all fall within the Cricket Shepparton pool, Taylor-Lloyd’s 13-woman squad is drawn exclusively from the league’s current top three, Mooroopna, Nagambie and Shepparton Youth Club United.
Danger players Sophie Ullah, Amani Issell and Kait Carracher will be among the stars to suit up for an imposing Cricket Shepparton line-up.
GMC will take on Cricket Shepparton from 6pm at Victoria Park on Friday.
