Both outfits occupy top-four spots on the ladder and remain undefeated after the opening three rounds of action.
The Hoppers are fresh off a stunning victory over the reigning premier, while Nagambie breezed past Undera last weekend.
Speaking after the win over Stanhope, Murchison-Toolamba mentor Jenni McCluskey understood the huge challenge that awaits her side at Nagambie Recreation Reserve.
“Nagambie are definitely another side that will be a threat this season,” McCluskey said.
“The focus will be on one quarter at a time. That's what we were able to do against Stanhope, it was a superb all-round game from the girls.
“If we can stick to that then it will put us in good stead and we are really looking forward to the challenge.”
Nagambie boasts a talented line-up with decorated netballer Sharni Lloyd front and centre along with playing coach Katie Sullivan.
However, the Hoppers have their own star power.
Heidi Merritt and Emily Wood have turned heads in the midcourt, while defender Emma Peck has spearheaded a strong defensive end.
Up in attack alongside McCluskey is the versatile Sharne Milne, who has been a standout in goal attack this campaign.
“We have got great strength down in our defensive end, but even across the entire court our defence has been strong,” McCluskey said.
“In the midcourt Heidi and Emily are both really smart and agile. They both read the ball so well.
“And Sharne in goals has just been incredibly accurate to start the season.
● Ladder-leader Tallygaroopna will look to strengthen its grip on the competition come Saturday.
The Redlegs are off to Waranga Basin to take on Rushworth.
Tally is coming off a convincing 60-23 win over Longwood, while the Tigers need to bounce back from their defeat to Shepparton East.
Playing coach Fiona Down said her Redlegs would look to lock in the basics in the round four encounter.
“Just maintaining the stuff we have steadily worked on and getting our connections right,” Down said.
● Elsewhere, third-ranked Girgarre will travel to take on Merrigum (fifth) on Sunday.
Dookie United gets a chance to jump inside the top-six when it hosts Ardmona, while Stanhope will look to rebound against Shepparton East.
And Avenel returns from the bye with a match against a winless Undera.
Lastly, Lancaster and Longwood will be out to clinch their first wins of the season.
Violet Town sits out this week due to the bye.
