The Tigers sit ninth on the Goulburn Valley League table without a win to their name from the opening fortnight of action.
An agonising first round defeat to Kyabram deflated and zapped the energy out of the Tigers before last weekend's loss to Seymour.
However, ahead of his side's trip to Euroa's Memorial Oval, Stroobants said there was still a positive atmosphere among the side.
“The feeling has been really positive this week,” Stroobants said.
“We were bitterly disappointed with our performance last weekend.
“The boys have been working hard out on the track and we are looking forward to this weekend against Euroa.”
The first-year mentor said his side had gone back to working on its disposal following the loss to Seymour.
“It has been a big focus this week, but it's something we have tried to focus on all summer,” Stroobants said.
“We want to be dangerous and hurt teams with our skills, be that by hand or foot. But that wasn't the case last weekend against Seymour.
“It's been a big emphasis at training and hopefully we can see a turnaround on Saturday.”
Euroa has been dominant in its two performances this season.
In round one against Tatura, Scott Rowan's men controlled most the match, before running away in the last term.
The Magpies followed up that performance with a second-half blitz against Shepparton United in round two.
“We know it's going to be a tough contest,” Stroobants said.
“Their midfield has plenty of depth and is a contested ball-winning side. We have got to make sure we are on our toes and limit the entries going forward.”
In a boost to its playing stocks, Rochester welcomes talented defender Nathan McCarty back into the line-up after he missed last weekend.
Meanwhile, Euroa will need to replace ruckman Jacob Brereton who is set for a stint on the sideline after suffering a knee injury against United.
