The minor premiers dominated the contest and ran away with a comfortable 141-run victory at Kialla Recreation Reserve.
After winning the toss and electing to bat first, Old Students gained control of the match with three excellent knocks from Sam O'Brien (40 runs), Oscar Lambourn (42) and Andre Gagliardi (40).
The trio all retired not out as Students posted a mammoth 3-218 from 45 overs.
Numurkah's Zavier Morris battled hard and collected 2-36 before he top-scored for the Blues with 21.
Old Students followed up their superb batting performance with a classy bowling effort when they dismissed Numurkah for 77 runs.
Youngster Mia Earl collected 2-5, while skipper O'Brien (2-5) and Zac Bathman (1-6) chipped in strongly.
● Notre Dame-St Brendan's has the task of trying to upset undefeated Old Students in this weekend's final.
The Tigers claimed a thumping eight-wicket win over Mooroopna at Princess Park after a stellar all-round team performance.
Young gun Gemma Boyd spearheaded the attack and collected 3-8, while teammates Ryan Ash (2-11), Sam Holland (2-11) and Rory Duffy (2-15) gave quality support.
A gallant 42 unbeaten knock from Will Emanuelli helped Mooroopna post 118.
But it proved to be not enough runs on the board.
Ash crafted a glorious 40 not out from 31 deliveries, while Ethan Beck's 35 not out from 24 was a classic supporting act.
Notre, with the help of Ash and Beck, chased down its target in the 19th over.
● In the under-14B action, a special day out from Northerners junior Bayden Hutchins (21 runs and 3-3) helped the Jets dismantle Old Students.
Students were skittled for 79 runs — thanks to Hutchins and James Mawson (3-8) — while chasing Northerners’ 145.
Nagambie will square off against the Jets in the decider after powering past Waaia.
The Lakers’ Campbell Baker notched an unbeaten 40 in his side's commanding total of 6-192.
It proved a vital knock from the teenager as Nagambie clinched a 62-run win.
