Shepparton has maintained its stronghold atop of the Goulburn Valley League 17-and-under ladder following a comfortable win over Benalla on Saturday morning.

The Bears rolled Benalla 66-17 and chalked up their eighth win of the campaign.

Midcourter Lily Byers was deemed best-on for the the Bears, while her teammates Mackenzie O'Dwyer and goaler Alani Hulley provided quality support.
