The Deniliquin Bowling Club’s Midweek Pennant team’s woes continued on Tuesday when they were soundly beaten by Rich River, 45 shots to 63.
Chris Taylor’s rink including Tony Danckert, Ian McKenzie and John Flisher fought hard to square their game at 16-all, but Craig Hillier’s side was beaten 13 shots to 20, and Steve O’Brien’s crew suffered a similar fate when they went down 16 shots to 27.
