The Tournament will be held across multiple stadiums, our home stadium Benalla Indoor Recreation Centre, Benalla P-12 Faithfull Street Campus, Mansfield and Wangaratta.
Benalla is looking forward hosting up to 1,000 talented junior athletes, both girls and boys ranging in ages from Under 12 to Under 18.
Saturday, February 22, will see games commence at 8am and played until 8:30pm, then Sunday, February 23 will kick off again at 8am and see the finals commence mid-morning until the last grand final is played at 5:10pm.
We hope to make it a great atmosphere and are excited that Benalla is being represented by six teams competing and hoping to use the home court advantage to see success.
Benalla Basketball Association would like to thank all the generous families and local businesses for their donations toward the major raffle that will be drawn on Sunday, February 23.
Prizes include; first prize - two nights accommodation at Magnolia House, second prize - OX ToolTrek Tool Storage System, third prize - Everdure by Hueston Blumenthal Cube Portable BBQ, as well as various other prizes including hampers. Tickets are available for $2 each or 3 for $5 and can be purchased from the Benalla Stadiums.
We hope to get a lot of support from locals coming along and cheering on our local young talented athletes. With over 1,000 kids and their families all in Benalla, it will be a very busy weekend for the town.
