It didn’t take long for Rodriguez to separate himself from the pack, taking a commanding lead inside the first minute.
From there he didn’t look back, crossing the line in his V11 well in front of second-placed Matt Reed.
This is just the beginning for Rodriguez, who will quickly turn his attention to the 44th ACSA Australian Compact Speedcar Championship, the biggest event on the national speedcar calendar.
All eyes will be on the red-hot youngster at Wangaratta Speedway this Saturday, March 1 as he goes for gold on Australian speedcar racing’s biggest stage.
