Netball:
A-grade:
Hannah Pound is the reigning best and fairest after tying with her mother, Lauren, last year. She played every game and will poll a number of votes from the defensive end of the court.
Giaan Cullen displayed another very consistent year for the midcourt specialist. A strong determined player whose effort for her team should see her poll well.
A-reserve:
Kirby Kilmartin has had a fantastic season, playing almost every game. Being named in the best most weeks should see the pocket rocket poll well.
Charlotte Young had a breakout season as an all-court player. Charlotte is a strong chance with her consistency across a number of games.
Football:
Seniors:
James Buchanan is the reigning Bill Lyell Memorial best and fairest. From each game he played, the tough midfielder will look to poll a number of votes.
Blake Argus would have had the gong sealed up at the midway point of the season from his dominant performances. Being named in the league’s team of the year might help the strong midfielder take out the top award.
Kyle Pete would be a dark horse to come home strong with solid performances in the backline/ruck for the latter part of the year.
Ruckman Darcy Mader is another big chance from his consistent and strong performances in the middle of the park every game. Not many times was Darcy beaten and he played every game.
Reserves:
Danny Brain is the reigning Percy Schliebs best and fairest and will look to poll well from each game he got to play.
Cyrus Walter will be a hot contender with his ball magnet skills in the midfield.
Will Beaton could be a dark horse following consistent efforts in each game he played.
