Caleb Bovalina and Rowena Wallace saluted in the annual Cobram-Barooga men's and women's Open Amateur tournament.
Wallace finished one shot ahead of Kerang's Olive Spitty, while Tocumwal's Susan Pappas claimed a top-five finish.
However, it was a far trickier task for Bovalina to clinch glory.
After finishing the second round with a surge of birdies and a score of three-under, the Cobram product was forced to a playoff hole against Aiden Didone.
But with nerves of steel, Bovalina rose to the occasion and claimed the prestigious title on the first playoff hole.
The men's Open Amateur was not the only piece of silverware to fall Bovalina's way.
Before his exploits in the playoff, the gun talent had already clinched the Victorian men's and colts country championship title.
Bovalina told Golf Australia that his ability to turn things around on the second day of action helped deliver him the prized trophies.
He shot a classy five-under 67 on the old course after registering two-over on the opening day of play.
“I am thrilled to get the win,” Bovalina said.
“Conditions were tough yesterday, but it was great to get it going today. My putter really struggled on day one, so I knew if I could hole some putts I would be a chance.”
Rich River's Tommi Wesley finished the tournament in third spot, while Hill Top's Matt Miller finished inside the top-20.
