Victoria went into a snap seven-day lockdown on Thursday of last week to stop the spread of a COVID-19 outbreak.
It meant play in all district leagues was suspended last weekend. The lockdown has since been extended for another week in Melbourne, while regional Victoria has had the easing of some restrictions.
The PDFNL board made the decision to move all games into NSW at a meeting on Thursday and has revised this weekend's fixture to suit the change of venues.
Tungamah and Yarroweyah will face off as planned, but they will head to Rennie instead of the Grasshoppers hosting the clash, Berrigan will have hosting duties against Katandra, rather than fellow NSW side Tocumwal, which will now host Picola United.
Waaia will travel to Deniliquin to take on the Rovers, while Strathmerton heads to Jerilderie.
Finally, Blighty and Mathoura will also host matches against Katunga and Katamatite respectively.
Rennie will have the bye as planned.
League operations manager Shane Railton said the rest of the fixture was being worked through, but he hoped there would be limited changes.
“There will be some slight variations, but it will be pretty close to what was planned,” Railton said.
“We're trying to make sure everyone plays each other once at least and the clubs are playing the same amount of home games.
“The matches of round nine (May 29) will predominately move into the general bye and the grand final will still be played on the same playing date.”
Railton said waiting for things to calm down in terms of the lockdowns could mean back-to-back seasons being cancelled.
“There were issues with getting it done and I don’t think we are going to get a perfect scenario and if we wait for the perfect scenario, we we might not get going again,” he said.
“There’s no guarantee on whether Victoria will fully open up next week and no assurances of when metro players will be able to play.”
