The ladder-leader restricted fellow top-six side Mulwala to 23 goals upon resumption of the A-grade campaign before going toe-to-toe with Tongala last round and coming out on top.
It sets the scene for a ripping contest on Saturday when Moama heads to Nathalia Recreation Reserve for round 12 action.
Last time the teams met, Nathalia came out on top by one goal.
“Moama is always a tough team to come up against,” Nathalia coach Emma McDonald said.
“We take a lot of confidence out of the last time we played them. We weren't playing great netball at the time and now we are in much better form.
“Last week against Tongala really cemented that, it was nice to see what we were really capable of in a great game of netball from both sides.”
The Magpies sit fourth on the table and, alongside a looming date with Rumbalara in the rescheduled round eight fixture, it means the Purples play four top-six sides in a row — a massive positive from their perspective.
“Sometimes a break like we had can leave you a bit disjointed,” McDonald said.
“But I think the way we approached the downtime really benefited us as a team and benefited our netball.
“Getting a run of tough teams is something we have been very much looking forward to. It can really set us up for the back end of the season and into finals.”
Other clashes this weekend include Cobram hosting Rumbalara, Congupna facing Tongala, Echuca United battling Barooga and Mulwala tackling Finley.
Undefeated Deniliquin has the bye.
