Wines polled four votes in the coaches’ award in Thursday night's heavyweight battle between his Port Adelaide side and Geelong, which the Cats won 17.10 (112) to 14.7 (91).
Wines accumulated 29 disposals, five marks, six tackles and seven clearances in the loss.
The four votes Wines polled took his season tally to 50 votes, 18 behind leader, Mooroopna product and Melbourne star, Clayton Oliver.
Hawkins, who kicked four goals from 14 possessions and took eight marks for the Cats, polled two votes in the award.
Mundy, who was standing in as skipper, with Nat Fyfe missing through injury, kicked two goals in Fremantle's 11.10 (76) to 6.13 (49) victory over Gold Coast.
His two goals came from 20 disposals and he also took four marks and laid three tackles.
The performance was enough for him to poll three coaches’ votes and take his season tally to 44.
Mundy wasn't the only Goulburn Valley product to hit the scoreboard in the match with Cohuna's Josh Treacy kicking two goals as well.
Treacy's output could have been more had he kicked straight, with the “Big Cohuna” kicking three behinds as well.
Speaking on the club's Final Siren Podcast after the game, Treacy said he felt the need to step up in the absence of tall target Matt Taberner.
“With ‘Tabs’ going out of the side, I felt like there was a need to step up,” Treacy told the podcast.
“The Port Adelaide game (in round 11) was where it probably changed for me, I got to more contests and clunked a few and tried to crash some packs.
“I just try to back myself against any opponent and hope the boys have trust in me to kick it (my way).”
Treacy credited the influence of Taberner, as well as fellow tall Rory Lobb and forward line coach David Hale for their guidance in his first few months at the club.
“It’s been unbelievable, when I first got here the Victorian boys were stuck in quarantine, so we had to train separately at different hours of the day in our little groups,” Treacy said.
“That was what really helped me …'Tabs’ took me under his wing, and we really bonded.
“Then I obviously got to work with ‘Lobby’ and learn the attributes he brings.
“David Hale has been unbelievable in just working with me every week on body position and things like that, it’s been really good.”
While Treacy experienced some inaccuracy against the Suns, he said his goal-kicking routine had been a focus area of improvement for him since arriving at Freo.
“It’s something that I worked a lot on when I first got (to Freo),” Treacy said.
“I had a few issues kicking across my body … so I thought I’d get back to basics and figure it out.
“The boys are always commentating on it, and I feel really comfortable in it.
“I missed a couple (against Gold Coast), but I’m still feeling really confident in my ability and my technique.”
Mooroopna's Jy Simpkin was a standout for North Melbourne in its draw with GWS.
Simpkin had 31 touches, six marks, eight tackles and seven clearances at Hobart's Blundstone Arena as both teams kicked 14.10 (94).
Rochester's Shaun Atley had 13 kicks, nine handballs and clunked nine marks for the Kangaroos.
