Humphrey will make her 350th appearance for the Redlegs in the Kyabram District League top-four bout at Tallygaroopna Recreation Reserve.
It is a memorable achievement for the talented defender, who is the second netballer to feature in more than 300 A-grade matches in the league.
Since joining the club in 2002, Humphrey has collected two A-grade best-and-fairest titles along with the 2008 premiership and has held a swag of committee roles.
Tally's playing coach Fiona Down spoke highly of Humphrey's contribution to the club and hoped that her side could deliver a positive result for the milestone player.
“To play 350 games is a huge achievement,” Down said.
“Bec has been an important and integral part of the club for such a long time, both on and off the court as well.
“She has made a significant contribution here at Tally and hopefully we can produce a game and result that's worthy of recognising her efforts.”
Down added that Humphrey remained a vital component of the senior outfit.
“It's great to have not only her experience, but also her versatility on the court,” she said.
“Bec can play at both ends, if we need her in attack then she is capable of switching roles mid-game.”
The Redlegs get a chance to extend their unbeaten record in the round seven encounter.
Avenel dropped its second game of the season last weekend with a 46-53 loss to Shepparton East.
Meanwhile, Tallygaroopna enters the match at full steam following its demolition of Nagambie.
“We have been able to start the season fairly well,” Down said.
“I think a big contributor is the fact the girls are really enjoying their netball. I have been really pleased with how everyone is travelling.
“I'd imagine it will be a fairly tough game.
“Avenel are always a strong competitor and no doubt it will be a hard contest. Hopefully our connections can flow and I think it will come down to who can capitalise on the turnovers.”
Lancaster coach Jo McCready says her charges are looking forward to giving Nagambie a red-hot crack on Saturday.
The Wombats cruised past Stanhope last week with a 50-36 triumph and will be eyeing off another big scalp at Lancaster Recreation Reserve.
“Nagambie have been one of the benchmark sides. We are expecting a tough game,” McCready said.
“But I'm excited to see how we can match up. These games help you find out where you are at.
“Hopefully we give them a run for their money and take the challenge to them.”
The Wombats’ attacking option Kelsey O'Neill has starred in recent weeks and Nagambie's Ella Barnes will get the job on her.
Girgarre will be out to extend its undefeated start to seven matches with a home game against Rushworth.
Murchison-Toolamba returns from the bye with a clash against Undera, while Dookie United squares off with Violet Town.
Merrigum and Stanhope will look to bounce back with matches against Longwood and Ardmona respectively.
