Mooroopna goes into the match having played at the same venue last week, after nominating the ground as its semi-final home venue.
The Cats made it through to the decider by defeating Central Park-St Brendan's and Euroa, while Invergordon was too good for Numurkah and Undera in its two playoff matches.
The two teams have played twice already this season with Invergordon winning both games by three wickets in round one and two runs in round 12.
Mooroopna assistant coach Luke Zanchetta said the team was confident despite going into the contest as the underdog.
“We have a really good side, a really strong battling line-up and a strong bowling line-up,” Zanchetta said.
“They are confident going in and if they play to their potential, they will come away with the win.”
Invergordon skipper Aaryn Cormican said his team's bowling unit, which helped it advance to the final, had been a standout all year.
“That’s (our bowling) what we pride ourselves on,” he said.
“We have a strong outfit.
“Harley Green, Jessie Caldera and Travis Murdoch always keep it tight and that makes it better for the batsmen.”
Cormican is hoping his batting line-up stands up under finals pressure.
“We bat pretty deep,” he said.
“You need 11 batsmen in finals as you never know what will happen.
“Hopefully our's bats deeper than their's and hopefully that can get us over line.”
Invergordon will go into the match high on confidence after going through the one-day season undefeated.
“It's been good a buzz around the club,” Cormican said.
“So far, we've dropped just one game all season and that was in the Twenty20s, so everyone is looking forward to it.”
