Undera will look to blood its emerging netball stars for the upcoming Kyabram District League A-grade campaign.
The Lions will be an energised outfit in 2021 as they enter a new era under first-year mentor Kerri Ford.
“We are a fairly young crew, but it's exciting for the club,” Ford said.
“We have plenty of girls coming out of 17s that will step up and the oldest player on our side would be around 25-26.
“It gives us the opportunity to blood the youth and plan for the future. This isn't a one-year plan, it's more a two-three-year one.”
The Lions will be without former coach Amy Reid, who has departed for Shepparton East.
But Ford said she expected talented defender Jaidyn Mitchell and experienced midcourter Steph Barber to lead from the front and mentor young guns Hannah Watt and Breanna Edwards.
“Amy is a big loss, but we still have got some experienced players that will help our great young talents that are coming through,” she said.
