The Bushies have seven players unavailable for selection, paving the way for five players to make their debut in the round four clash at Wangaratta's Cathedral College.
Benalla youngsters Isabella Symes and Sophie Boyle get a chance at their first crack of under-19 action.
Murray assistant coach Mario de Santa-ana said the abundance of inexperience in the squad was a great opportunity for players to shine.
“We have seven players out this week due to commitments with GWS’ academy squad,” de Santa-ana said.
“But it provides a great opportunity for the other girls to step up and it's a chance for some of our older girls to lead from the front.
“Molly (Kennedy) has been playing well and she will keep the back six settled. Aurora (Smith), Keeley (Skepper) and Kate (Adams) will be the leaders in the midfield, as well as Sophia McCarthy up forward.”
De Santa-ana said he was looking forward to seeing how Boyle and Symes performed in the heat of battle.
“We are really excited to see what they can do,” he said.
“Sophie is still developing, but she has some great speed and she'll provide run out of defence.
“Isabella is probably one of our most skilful younger players. She is very intelligent and is a versatile option.”
Saturday's encounter is the outfit's first home match since its opening round hit-out and a win is firmly in sight.
Western Jets sit two spots above Murray and have yet to clinch a win.
“We drew with Jets last year and going off their performances this year we look like similar outfits,” de Santa ana said.
“Our forwards and defenders are evenly matched, so I think it will come down to the midfield battle.
“We had a really good training session during the week and the enthusiasm is high amongst the group. We don't know what to expect (due to the inexperience), but all we can ask is they give it a red-hot crack.”
● The Bushies take to the field on Saturday at 12.15pm.
