The Old Students and Karramomus product crunched two half-centuries in the four-day game against ACT-NSW Country at Melbourne's Casey Fields.
After Victoria elected to bat first, Billington made his way to the crease with the departure of Gouilburn Valley Bush Bash League marquee James Seymour (67 runs), who belted 12 boundaries and two sixes opening the batting.
Billington then went on to produce a dazzling 57-run knock off 111 deliveries, as he whacked seven boundaries to help Victoria reach a first-innings score of 318.
Victoria then rattled through ACT-NSW Country for 297 to claim first-innings points and to have a lead of 21 runs.
In the second-innings Billington looked even stronger at the crease, as he made a flashy 65 — that involved eight boundaries and two sixes — off 103 deliveries — his highest score in the Futures League competition.
Billington top-scored in the second dig as he guided Victoria to 261 and a lead of 282.
His teammates were able to do the rest and bowled out their opponents for 240, to hand Victoria its first win in the second XI competition.
● In Victorian Premier action, former Central Park-St Brendan's and Tatura cricketer, Connor Hayes, notched his highest score in first division as Greenvale Kangaroos suffered a heavy loss to Casey-South Melbourne.
Hayes produced a team-high 62-run knock in Greenvale's whopping 137-run defeat in the round 13 contest.
The former local cricketer was a shining light for the Kangaroos, as he registered seven boundaries in his innings that came off 104 deliveries.
Central Park-St Brendan's exports Tyler and Josh Larkin and Karramomus product Josh McDonald were unable to get Geelong over the line against St Kilda.
The trio battled hard in the tense two-wicket defeat to St Kilda.
After being sent in to bat first, Tyler Larkin produced 38 runs off 94 deliveries at first-drop, while Josh Larkin chipped in with an important 35 from his 78 balls.
And wicketkeeper McDonald smacked four boundaries in his run-a-ball 18, as Geelong finished on 226 from 82 overs.
Despite Josh Larkin collecting 1-18 and McDonald recording two catches, St Kilda reached the target with two wickets in hand.
Katandra export Daniel Sartori contributed 19 runs, one catch and a run-out in Footscray's five-wicket win against Ringwood.
The win pushes Footscray into second spot on the ladder.
