The Bombers completed their impressive feat with a 57-point win against the Lions in front of their home supporters.
Despite a jittery first quarter, the Bombers looked well in control as they held Seymour to one-goal after quarter-time.
The Lions roared out of the blocks and held a 15-point lead at the first break, stunning the home side.
But once Kyabram kicked into gear in the second term, there was no holding back.
Midfielder Pat Weardon (one goal) and youngster Josh Dillon (one) were standouts for the Bombers, while Mick Mattingly popped up with an influential performance.
Kyle Mueller was damaging in attack, booting six goals, and Hayden Gemmill (two) played well in his return to the side.
“We played so well in the first quarter, but then we played into Kyabram’s hands,” Seymour coach Ben Clifton said.
“Our intensity dropped and I suppose we got a little tired.
“We didn’t play the brand of footy we wanted to.
“We needed to keep them accountable.
“And when you move the ball a bit slower and kick down the line you play into their hands.”
Mueller capped a stunning home and away season, with the electrifying forward winning the league goal-kicking award with 66 majors from 16 games.
Clifton highlighted Mueller's influence in attack for the Bombers, but believed his defenders did well in containing the live-wire forward.
“He’s a slippery player, he is lightning quick," he said.
“Without Pettifer he was the focal point up front.
“And he got his own ball.
“But I thought we went all right on him.”
Seymour's Billy Cox and Zac Keogh were standouts for the away side and Dylan Scopel performed well — kicking a single major.
Saturday's performance means the Bombers have won 80 of their past 81 matches, a record that further enhances their place as one of country Victoria's premier football teams.
Looking to this weekend, the Lions will take on Rochester in an elimination final, while Kyabram will face challenger Echuca in the qualifying final.
