Shepparton police attended an incident in Mooroopna in the early hours of Sunday where a person was allegedly injured by a vehicle.
Police and paramedics responded to a call reporting a brawl and vehicle collision on Echuca Rd at about 12.35am on January 12.
Police believe a 23-year-old female driver struck a female pedestrian with her Mitsubishi four-wheel drive.
A 33-year-old Mooroopna woman was taken by ambulance to Goulburn Valley Health in stable condition with lower body injuries.
The driver was arrested at the scene and released pending further enquiries.
The circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined and investigations are ongoing.
