A Goulburn Valley business has been left reeling after an honesty box was stolen on the weekend.
Thieves stole the box from Avonlea Flowers at Murchison on the weekend, with the theft reported to police when it was discovered on Monday, July 29.
The box, in the shop at Avonlea Flowers, is used by people who buy flowers from the business when no-one is working at the shop.
A social media post from Avonlea Flowers urged anyone who had left their bank details in the shop over the weekend to contact their bank.
Police are investigating the theft.
