Police allege the 48-year-old woman and two men, aged 26 and 18, went to a McManus St property just after 10pm on Monday, February 17, where one of the men assaulted a 49-year-old male occupant and fired a gun.
The trio fled the scene before police arrived.
The 49-year-old victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators believe the parties were known to each other.
Bendigo police searched a Kennewell St, White Hills, property at around noon yesterday, February 25, where they arrested the 26-year-old White Hills man and seized two firearms.
At the same time, another search warrant was executed in Hampshire Cres, Shepparton, where the 48-year-old Shepparton woman was arrested.
The 18-year-old man presented voluntarily to a police station later in the day.
All three have been charged with intentionally causing serious injury in circumstances of gross violence, intentionally causing serious injury and reckless conduct endangering life.
The 26-year-old man and 48-year-old woman have both been charged with recklessly causing serious injury in circumstances of gross violence, common law assault, assault in company, possessing a loaded firearm other place - reckless disregard, using a loaded firearm in a non-public place with reckless disregard for safety.
The 48-year-old woman and 18-year-old man have both been charged with recklessly causing serious injury.
The 26-year-old man is also facing charges of being a prohibited person possessing a firearm and possessing cannabis, while the 18-year-old man faces a prohibited person using a firearm charge.
The 48-year-old woman is also charged with possessing, carrying or using an unregistered category A or B longarm firearm, burglary, trespassing, and criminal damage.
All three are remanded in custody and will face Bendigo Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 26.
