The cause of a Shepparton house fire on Monday, February 17, is still unknown.
Firefighters were called to the blaze on the corner of Kennedy Rd and Service St shortly after 1pm.
The fire destroyed the kitchen and living area of the house.
Police fire investigators attended the scene on Tuesday afternoon, and police said the cause was “yet to be determined”.
They are still investigating the circumstances around the fire; however, it is believed to be suspicious.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed anything that would help them with their inquiries.
