A 69-year-old Shepparton man died and an 18-year-old man flown to hospital on Friday night after a crash near Lancaster.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Lancaster and Dunbar roads about 10.35pm on Friday, January 20.
The 69-year-old male driver of one of the vehicles died at the scene. His male passenger was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle, an 18-year-old man, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with dangerous driving causing death.
He has been bailed to appear in Echuca Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 24.
