Meg Olivia Armstrong pleaded guilty in her absence in Shepparton Magistrates’ Court to one charge of drug driving.
Prosecutor Samantha Owen told the court Armstrong was stopped by police on Murray Valley Hwy at Yarroweyah at 7.20 pm on March 5.
A drug test detected methamphetamines, Ms Owen said.
The prosecutor said Armstrong told police at the time she had taken methamphetamines “a few hours ago” at home in Tocumwal.
As well as the fine, Armstrong’s driver’s licence was disqualified for 12 months.
