With the game reduced to 29-over per side contest due to a three-hour rain delay, Renshaw belted 13 fours in his 62-ball knock at Riverway Stadium with the Tigers requiring a target of 177 for victory under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method.
The innings comes after Renshaw made a century in the first innings of the Bulls' outright Sheffield Shield win over the Tigers at the same ground last week.
Sent in by Tasmania skipper Jordan Silk, the Bulls were early trouble when openers Sam Heazlett (0) and Usman Khawaja (3) fell cheaply, reaching 2-12 in the sixth over before the lengthy rain delay.
Renshaw and Marnus Labuschagne shared a 54-run stand for the third wicket before offspinner Ben Manenti struck to remove Test star Labuschagne.
The uncontracted Manenti, making his debut for the Tigers, had the Test star trapped lbw for 27 and his day got even better when he bowled ex-Test player Joe Burns (10) on his way 2-43 off six overs.
Renshaw and Jimmy Peirson (42 off 27) pushed the Bulls past 150 in a quickfire 74-run stand.
When Renshaw fell at the start of the 26th over, the Bulls suffered a mini-collapse with Peter Siddle (3-30) and Riley Meredith (2-18) coming on to stall Queensland's innings in the dying overs.
Tom Rogers, who took a brilliant diving catch in the outfield to dismiss Jack Wildermuth (7) had time to take another good catch off his own bowling with the final delivery of the innings to remove Gurinder Sandhu (2).
