Mathoura Public School students celebrated Ride2School Day on March 21, with most arriving at school on their bike or scooter.

The day kicked off with a special whole school breakfast of delicious home-made pancakes with a variety of toppings, as well as yoghurt, fresh fruit, and juice to re-energise our students.

During recess, the basketball court was transformed into a road safety riding circuit for the kinder to Year 3 students, where they learnt to recognise and respond to road signs.
The excitement continued as the Year 4 to Year 6 cyclists set off on a ride around Mathoura, following all road rules while enjoying the company of their classmates.
Overall, it was a fantastic and well-supported event for everyone at Mathoura Public School.
