Hosted by Karl Stefanovic and media personality and Gotcha4Life founder Gus Worland, Mateship Miles will travel for the week from Victoria to NSW via Shepparton, Wagga Wagga, Canberra, Nowra and Wollongong to meet local community members, while Stefanovic also hosts the popular breakfast show from the road.
Gotcha4Life is Australia’s leading mental fitness not-for-profit foundation.
Residents are encouraged to join Mr Worland, the Today Show crew and special guests for a free breakfast barbecue kicking off in Monash Park from 8am.
During this time, Mr Worland will share key insights into Gotcha4Life and support available in the community through its mental fitness programs, as well as tips to start conversations with loved ones.
City of Greater Shepparton Mayor Kim O’Keeffe was excited to welcome the Today Show to Shepparton.
“We are very excited to be part of the Mateship Miles tour in hosting Karl and Gus at Monash Park and are pleased that Shepparton can take part in raising awareness of mental health,” she said.
