Tocumwal Public School students cast their minds forward to their future when they dressed as ‘their future selves', showcasing a plethora of ambitions and careers.
The playground was overrun by scientists, artists, marine biologists, architects, football players, motocross riders, hydrologists, actors, zookeepers, butcher shop owners, youtubers, teachers, policemen, pilots and lawyers, just to name a few.
Principal Darren White said the day, organised by the Student Representative Council, was a fantastic way to expose children to the wide variety of careers they can aspire to have in the future.
“The SRC ran an assembly where students came on stage and discussed what they dressed as, and what was important about their chosen career,” Mr Whit said.
“It was a fantastic event and the students were very excited to discover what their schoolmates were wearing.
“Congratulations to the SRC and Miss Lewis for a great day.”
