Original board members Carmel Johnson and Nick Bamford stepped aside from their board positions while new member Gracia Musafiri was welcomed.
GSF chair Rhys Holleran thanked Mrs Johnson and Mr Bamford for their knowledge and experience during the transition from being a community fund to the new foundation.
Mr Holleran said new board member Ms Musafiri was a young leader in the Shepparton community.
He said Ms Musafiri had volunteering and employment experience at African House, Shepparton.
“Gracia also brings valuable marketing skills to our board and is currently employed by Southern Cross Austereo as a digital marketing specialist,” Mr Holleran said.
Returning to the board for another term is Mr Holleran as chair, Mark De Paola as deputy chair and directors, Kara Shields, Anna Turnbull, Julia Thomas and Olivia Barlow.
