Starting yesterday and running until tomorrow, the three-day basketball skills camp allows participants aged between eight and 15 to rub shoulders with the stars of the Big V Gators squad.
Some of the biggest stars of the Gators’ line-up are hosting the clinics with Atem Atem, Javaan Mumtaz and gun import Carlin Dupree on hand to teach the kids some important facets of the sport, with players of all skill levels encouraged to attend.
As well as enhancing their skills on the court, the clinics are the perfect opportunity for the juniors to meet the heroes of the Gators’ line-up off the court.
There is an entry fee of $50 a day, but if you decide to join in on the fun you only have to register and pay the admission fee before the clinics begin at 9.30am.
The skills clinics will run today and tomorrow, from 9.30am to 2pm at Shepparton Sports Stadium, for information, phone 58222923.
