Shepp Speaks: Café staff reveal their favourite menu items

I enjoy my wine, so at the moment, my drink of choice would be an Innocent Bystander Tempranillo from the Heathcote region. My go-to meal is our pork belly banh mi, which is a fairly authentic Vietnamese banh mi. It’s just a great snack to have while you’re on the run. I also like the slow-cooked ragu with our homemade gnocchi.

For breakfast I really enjoy the asparagus dish with an egg or two. It’s got really nice flavours, with a bit of vegetables and the tomato onion sauce. For lunch I’d say the pappardelle or the rigatoni. A hot chocolate or chai would be my drink of choice.

My favourite item on the menu is the Tuscan chicken pasta at the moment. It’s quite nice. My favourite drink would either be the chai latte or the lemon lime bitters.

Either the Omelette Eighty8 or the Buddha brekkie bowl. I enjoy the big brekkie too, it’s pretty much got everything you need and has good flavour. My favourite drink would be the cappuccino.
