Baxter Cowley (Co-captain) — Dominant player who leads by example. In the best players every week and should go close to winning the League Best and Fairest.

Jerrah Caruso (Co-captain) — Dynamic player who represented NSW earlier this year. Quick and skilful, she is on track to make it to the highest level of Women’s AFL.

Brody Wills (Co-vice captain) — Highly skilled onballer who is always at the bottom of each pack. Likes to kick a goal.

Dexter Hardman (Co-vice captain) — Super consistent with great skills. Reads the play well. Tackles with the intensity of someone twice his size.

Spencer Cowley — Has kicked 60 plus goals this year. Very strong mark and accurate kick. Very unselfish, always willing to give the ball to kids in better positions.

Michael Garner — Hard at the ball defender. What he lacks in skill, he makes up in courage. He is a tackling machine who always gives 100 per cent.

Connor Wilson — CJ has had a consistent year in defence. Strong mark and long kick. Has gone forward and kicked goals also.

Landon Daggett — Has improved out of sight in his first year of football. His upbeat positive attitude has benefited everybody in the team.

Coby Bysouth — Played CHF most of the year. Kicked 30 goals. Strong mark and a long kick. He is a very skilful player and a vital player in our finals campaign.

Jesse Jervis — First year at the club and is probably one of the most important players. Super quick, long kick. In our best players every week. Can play anywhere.

Andrew Smith — Can play anywhere. Excellent skills and a great tackler. Has kicked 25 plus goals. Smith is the heart and soul of the team. Always gives 100 per cent.

Ethan Connolly — Has played ruck and defence. Strong, reliable player who is rarely beaten. Will be very important to us in the finals.

Stuart Benger — Has played on the wing in his first season of 4ths and is quickly becoming an important part of the side. A definite star of the future.

Logan Elphick — Youngster with elite skills, will be a future star. Likes to kick a goal.

Isaac Behsman — Definite X factor player. Onballer who has kicked 30 plus goals. He is quick and takes the game on. Very strong overhead mark.

Zac Grimison — This is Zac’s first year at Rovers and he has shown great improvement with each game. Has pace to burn and excellent skills.

Max Watson — The general of the backline. Organises and sets up the defence with his voice. Probably the most improved player in the team. Strong mark and a long kick.

Liam Knuckey — Has a huge heart, always gives 100 per cent. His footy has improved this year. Accurate kick for goal.

Tom Wallace — Great skills, accurate kick and runs all day.

Ben Hayes — Tough as nails defender. Probably the best tackler in the team. Runs straight at the ball with no fear. Can also play onball to good effect.

Nick Fanning — Another first year player at Rovers who has become an important part of the team. Excellent skills and reads the play well.

Jacob Holton — Tough, hard at the ball defender. Never takes a backward step. Long accurate kick.

Jake Harvey — First year player. Shows great potential as a key defender in the coming years.

Fletcher Campion — Young ruckman with massive potential. Improves with every game.

Ollie Dunmore — Skilful and courageous player who always puts his head over the ball. Never takes a backward step.

Linkin Crowe — First year player who shows promise. Good skills and not scared of the contest.

Kelsey Clarke — Young lady with amazing skills. Never fumbles. Not scared to mix it with the boys.

Bentley Hardman — At age 11 he is in his third year. Consistently in the best players each week. Amazing skills, he amasses possessions at will. Another future star.

Aiden Walker — First year player who has shown great potential. Good skills and works in well with his team mates.

Noah Dunn — First year player who shows great skill in most aspects of the game. Loves to get in and get the hard ball.

Waylon Crowe — Had a late start to the season but has slotted in perfectly whether it be in the ruck or defence. Quick and athletic.

Cormick Hardman — Youngest of the three Hardman boys. Played his first game and kicked two goals at the age of nine. A definite star of the future.

Kylee Caruso (team manager) — The backbone of the operation. Always has everything organised and in order. The ultimate professional.

Benji Hardman (runner) — Always delivers messages with speed and precision.

Ben Cowley (medical first aid) — Always ready with the taping and rub downs. Constant encouragement to all players.

Peter Wills (coach) — Very encouraging and inclusive coach. Has won Junior Coach of the Year in years past and very deserving to win again.
