Ritchies’ fun day fundraiser for dementia and brigade

Families are invited to a community fun day fundraiser featuring emergency service vehicles for children and the chance for adults to win gift hampers.

The team at Ritchies IGA Kyabram invites the community to join them on Saturday, March 15, for a day that will put the ‘fun’ in fundraising.

Gift hampers await lucky raffle ticket holders, with all proceeds supporting two vital local causes: the Don't Demention It dementia advocacy group and our local fire brigade.

From 10am, children can get up close with local heroes from the police, ambulance, CFA and SES, exploring their vehicles with flashing lights and sirens.

Also, to entertain children will be face painting and show bags donated by Coca-Cola.

Renae Flemming, the organiser of the event, is asking community members to get behind the event so they can raise money for two great local organisations.

The Kyabram Rotary Club will be serving up a delicious BBQ to keep stomachs happy, and a coffee van will be there to keep eyes open.

Raffle tickets can be purchased before the day by visiting Ritchies IGA. Raffle tickets cost $2 per ticket or $5 for 3 tickets.
