Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Glenn Thomas, who is known to frequent the Benalla area.
He is also known to frequent the Cobram area.
The 30-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to assault related offences.
Mr Thomas is described as approximately 190cm tall, of slight build with brown hair and brown eyes.
Investigators have released an image of Glenn in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
