In nominating Simon for this award, residents cited many examples of him going above and beyond.

This included one occasion where he stopped, mid-lunch, to drive to a customers’ house to show them how to use their TV remote.

In Simon’s own words, his focus is on helping customers get the product they need, not the product he wants to sell.
