The shop has made a few moves recently, from their original site on Moore St, to the old Saputo Milk Factory and now to the club’s rooms.
Volunteers spent two weeks packing up the former site and two weeks setting up the current shop, a testament to their hard work.
Club president Leeanne Fullard welcomes shoppers into the store, where they can snag a bargain for $5 or less.

The club also accepts donations, with capacity for a range of goods, including clothing for adults and children, books, linen, kitchenware and bric-a-brac.
They cannot accept electrical items, prams or car seats.
The shop’s original site at Moore St will undergo significant works, with club members fundraising for the projected $800,000 bill, including with Thursday bingo at The Criterion Hotel.
Mrs Fullard thanked Saputo Dairy for the use of their former building for two years, and is happy to see it being repurposed for a good cause.
Rochester Senior Citizens’ Club Opp Shop is located at 60 Campaspe St, Rochester.
It can be accessed through the laneway beside the Rochy Fitness Centre at 65 Mackay St.
It is open from 10am to 4pm during the week, and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays.
