In a huge recruiting spree the progressive medical group has announced the recent signing up of doctors across its four locations, Corowa, Rutherglen, Howlong and the Skin Clinic.
It significantly strengthens healthcare services in our communities.
This expansion includes three registrar doctors and six International Medical Graduate (IMG) Doctors, ensuring enhanced access to quality care for patients.
With this growth, Redgum Medical Group now has a total of 18 doctors and four nurse practitioners which includes a midwife and a diabetes educator, and Allied Health Services.
Redgum Medical Group is also part of a teaching program that is allocated two medical students from Melbourne University each year to their Practice, allowing for the future development of doctors in Australia.
General Manager of Redgum Medical Group Kristen Mann, said that with the addition of these new doctors, Redgum Medical Group continues to address the growing demand for medical services in the region.
“These new team members will be instrumental in supporting reduced wait times and improving patient outcomes,” she told The Free Press.

“The recruitment of these doctors aligns with Redgum Medical Group’s mission to expand access to healthcare while maintaining high standards of patient care. Each new doctor brings unique skills and experience, further enhancing the comprehensive medical services available across our practices.
Redgum Medical Group is a mixed billed Practice that does bulk bill for under 16 patients, Healthcare and Pension Card holders, the majority of the time.
“As Redgum Medical Group continues to grow, we remain dedicated to supporting our doctors and staff with ongoing professional development, cutting-edge medical resources, and a collaborative working environment,” Ms Mann said.
