Butcher’s Prime has been open since the end of November 2024, serving up high-quality steak, seafood and cocktails.
Head chef Gaurav Pandey and assistant manager Sid Sharma have been loving getting to know the Shepparton community and welcoming the locals through the doors.
“From the beginning it’s been going good,” Mr Pandey said.
“Our customers are very happy.”
Serving up lunch and dinner, their menu focuses on steaks, seafood and cocktails, with plenty to choose from.
The restaurant’s flagship location is in Docklands, Melbourne, with many staff members from that location heading north, ready to bring their flavours to Shepparton.
“If we make the community happy, then our business will grow as well,” Mr Pandey said.
“We’re working from the heart to give you good food,” Mr Sharma said.
“We would like everyone to come in and enjoy the atmosphere.”
Their cocktails have been very popular, with Mr Sharma saying the lemon cheesecake, Japanese slipper and Long Island iced tea were some of their most requested.
“When people have one, they want to have two or three more,” Mr Sharma said.
