Mrs Liebmann previously looked after Vivid services such as supported employment, day programs, Vivid accommodation and other activities for Echuca, Swan Hill, Kerang and Kyabram.
After overseeing Vivid’s services in the four towns, Mrs Liebmann said stepping into the chief executive role was a natural development.
“I’ve been responsible for those services for the last six years so this kind of feels like a natural progression for me to go to the next step,” she said.
“I come in with a lot of knowledge about Vivid, which I think is a great advantage as I can hit the ground running and because I’ve come from an operational role, I understand what the clients and staff want and need to do their job well.
“Vivid’s done some amazing work and we're in a great position now to really move forward and achieve more than we ever have before.”
Kylie Liebmann is looking forward to making positive changes in her role as CEO.

Before working in disability services, Mrs Liebmann wore a few different hats.
She holds a degree in industrial chemistry and medical science and a masters in business administration.
She has also worked in different industries including mining, wineries and pathology.
Mrs Liebmann said it was the opportunity to help others that led her to Vivid.
“I've always come back to being in a role that gives back a bit, especially in pathology, I loved making a difference in people's lives,” she said.
“[Working in] disability is like the next level of that, where everything we do is about the clients and making sure they can live their best life and achieve their goals.”

She added that the new role would also allow her to help the Vivid staff.
“I am really proud of our staff and the great work they do,” she said.
“So it'll be really good to be in a position where I can influence positive change quickly to deliver better outcomes.”
Mrs Liebmann has resided in Kerang for the past 15 years but will be moving to Echuca in the coming weeks as she settles into the role.
Although she will be based in Echuca, she will continue to serve Kerang, Swan Hill and Kyabram.

In other exciting news, the team at Vivid work crew has received a new Triton ute from Echuca Mitsubishi on a 12-month loan.
The gesture is a continuation of the partnership between the two organisations after Mitsubishi loaned Vivid a new Mitsubishi Outlander last year too.
