Northern District School of Nursing Graduates Association will host a final reunion, marking 75 years since local nurses first studied at the former facility.
On Saturday, April 26, graduates from the school are invited to get together one last time.
Nurses who trained in Echuca, Rochester, Elmore, Tongala, Cohuna, Swan Hill and surrounding hospitals between 1950 and 1989 attended the NDSN.
The school was the first of its kind in regional Australia, with more than 100 students training there.
The 75-year NDSN reunion is at Bendigo Stadium from 10am, and includes a morning tea, lunch and guest speakers.
Tickets are $75 and can be paid with an RSVP slip, which are available on the NDSN Facebook group, or by contacting committee members Fay Baker on 0408 544 382 or flyawayfay@gmail.com, Marg Coad on 0427 567 511 or margie_coad@hotmail.com or Jenny Trewartha on 0403 574 131 or jktrewartha@gmail.com
RSVPs are due by Friday, March 21.
